I bought this cat tree and, i’m not sure I can recommend it. Right away it felt kind of cheap. The fabric was shedding more than I expected, and when I tried putting it together, some of the screws just didn’t seem to line up properly. It also wobbles a bit too much for my comfort. Maybe I expected too much for the price, but still, I was disappointed. I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

It feels cheap and still somehow costs more than it should. I wish I had skipped it

I ordered a cat tree from Go Pet Club, it didn’t really match what I had pictured from the listing. The photos made it look much bigger to me, and the color was different from what was shown too. It’s still usable and my cat can climb on it, so it’s not a total loss, but I feel like the description and pictures were misleading. I was expecting something closer to what was advertised, so I’m a bit disappointed

I ordered from gopetclub.com thinking it would probably ship within a few days, but then it just kind of sat there with barely any updates. I kept checking the tracking like maybe I was missing something, but it really didn’t seem to move much at all.

By the time it finally arrived, I was second-guessing why I ordered it in the first place because I didn’t really need it anymore. The product might be fine, I guess, but the shipping was slow enough that I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I ordered a pet bed from gopetclub.com and the size was way off from what I thought I was getting. It looked a lot bigger in the pictures, but when it showed up, my dog could barely fit on it comfortably.

I did check the measurements before ordering, so the whole thing was frustrating. I also had to chase them to get any kind of response about my complaint, which made it even more annoying. Definitely not something I’d buy again.

Bought a bed from Go Pet Club and my dog just isn’t that into it. The padding feels thin and it flattened out quick. He uses it here and there, but usually ends up back on the couch. Shipping was fine, just wish the bed was softer.

The website just looks old and kind of messy. It’s hard to look at, hard to navigate, and just feels really outdated overall. I kept thinking the same thing the whole time: it looks cluttered, it looks old, and it’s not pleasant to use

The return process ended up being frustrating for me. Maybe it’s not a big deal if you’re not in a hurry, but in my case it felt confusing and took way longer than it should have.

The packaging arrived completely crushed and in rough shape. i feel kind of stupid for trusting them to ship it properly in the first place.

I tightened everything twice thinking maybe I messed something up, but nope, it still leans. For the price, I really expected it to feel way more solid. Disappointed.
